This lower-ABV version of a Manhattan cuts back on the rye whiskey (but don’t worry—it’s still there) and incorporates two kinds of vermouth and sherry for a delicious Father’s Day drink.

Hosting a Father’s Day brunch? Mix the mimosa template with different kinds of juices: “A few of our favorite players are pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, watermelon juice, guava juice, pineapple juice, and mango juice,” writes recipe developer Ella Quittner.

19. Water on the Smoke
For the dad who likes a little smoke with his citrus. This one has mezcal, aperol, fresh citrus, and a little watermelon juice for color.

We called this the cocktail of the year so only right to bring it out for Father's Day. Mostly bourbon, Amaro, and Aperol, it's strong, bitter, and perfect for a night cap.

For the dad who treats his morning coffee like a sacred ritual, this cocktail is the perfect way to keep the caffeine vibes going well into the evening. It’s bold, smooth, and just a little frothy—thanks to a combo of cold brew, stout beer, vodka, and coffee liqueur.
